Refund Policy

Returns

Our products are freshly stone-ground and made to order, hence returns are not accepted.

Replacement or refund is applicable only in case of wrong, damaged, or genuine quality issues, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Physical return pickup is available only in Mumbai.

For locations outside Mumbai, refunds (if approved) may be processed after verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes of placing the order.

Once grinding or dispatch has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Customized and made-to-order atta products are non-cancellable.
