We Don’t Mill Until You Order.

Most packaged atta is milled first and sold later: days, sometimes months later. Much of it is ground between high-speed steel rollers. We do it the slow way: we don't mill until you order, and we grind on stone.

Stone chakki milling fresh whole grain atta into a wooden bowl
01

Your order lands

Nothing has been milled yet. The grain for your pack is still whole, sitting in the sack.

02

Grain is cleaned and weighed

Each blend is measured to its recipe, the same percentages listed on its page and one scan away on your pack's QR code.

03

Stones do the work, slowly

A traditional chakki turns slowly and stays cool, so bran, germ and natural oils stay in the flour instead of burning off.

04

Sealed and sent out

No warehouse, no shelf, no preservatives. Orders are milled and dispatched within 1 to 2 days.

What heat actually costs you

High-speed roller mills separate the grain and add parts of it back, and the speed builds heat. Heat and time on a shelf are what make the natural oils in the germ go stale. Stone grinding keeps the whole grain together and runs cool, and milling to order means the flour starts its life in your kitchen, not a warehouse.
